REGISTRATION INFORMATION

IN-HOUSE PROGRAM:
 
Our In-House Program is our co-ed recreational league. It features ages 4 through 9 playing on and against other teams within the In-House Program. Each age level has practices and games independant of the other age levels. The practices feature age appropriate activities to maximize the skill development of the players.
 
Ages 6 through 9 will also have trainer on-hand during the course of the season for professional development.

** Registration fees include: field maintenance, club management, trophy (U5 through U8) and a one full uniform which includes: 1 jersey, 1 short and 1 pair of socks. U7 through U10 includes presence of trainer.

HYSA PROGRAM:
 
Our HYSA Program is our competitive league. It features ages 8 and up playing against other teams within the Houston area. Each age level has practices and games independant of the other age levels. The practices feature age appropriate activities to maximize the skill development of the players.
 
Ages 6 through 9 will also have trainer on-hand during the course of the season for professional development.

Registration fees include: field maintenance, club management and a one full uniform which includes: 2 jerseys, 1 short and 1 pair of socks for HYSA and EDS2 teams. Uniforms are an additional cost for all EDDOA and Qualifying players.

U9-U10 HYSA Players: $180.00: Includes Professional training, 2 practices per week, Saturday games, including travel games in and around Houston.

U11‐U18 HYSA /EDS2: $145: Excludes Professional Training Fees, 2 practices per week, Saturday games U11-U14, Sunday Games U15 – U18 including travel games.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FEES FOR COMPETITIVE TEAMS ARE ADDITIONAL STARTING AT U11.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINER FEES:
WSC requires competitive teams starting at U11 to begin professional training. BOSS TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT provides Professional Training for WESTBURY SOCCER CLUB which is overseen by WSC DIRECTOR OF TRAINING; Mike Henshaw. Fees for professional training are not included in the base registration fee and are considered additional. These fees may vary depending on the number of contacts the trainer has with the team. The number of training sessions is determined by the Coach, Players and Trainer and is unique to each team. Payments are made directly to the trainer by the individual players.

EDDOA & EDS2 FEES:
Fees paid to the EDDOA and EDS2 are additional fees paid by the teams that qualify to play at these competition levels. The fee is a flat team fee which is allocated to each player by the coach of the team(s). The coach fills out the registration form and sends the required fees and forms to the appropriate registrar.

ADDITIONAL UNIFORM FEE:
An additional traveling (Visitor’s) jersey is included in the registration fee

TOURNAMENT FEES:
Teams may decide to participate in invitational tournaments during the playing season. The entry fee for the team will be an additional cost to the player.

REFUND POLICY:

All players must register online. Necessary information for online registration consists of the player name, date of birth, address, home phone and email address of the player. Also included is the parent(s)/guardian(s) first and last name, address, home phone, cell phone and email addresses. The information is used to register the player with our Association, Houston Youth Soccer Association (HYSA). Other information on the form include coach request, days you can/cannot practice and uniform size information. This form may also include a section called the medical release form that must be signed by the parent(s)/guardian(s).
 
Checking the ACCEPT box for the ELA is required for all online registrations. By hitting ACCEPT you will allow medical treatment and/or transportation of players in case a medical emergency arises at practice or games and release, discharge or otherwise indemnify the club of any claims if an injury occurs to a player.
